Please find below an overview of the measures Crystalbrook Collection has undertaken to ensure the utmost care is provided to our guests:

It is with a heavy heart that we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close the following hotels and resorts due to the unprecedented impact of COVID-19: Byron at Byron, a Crystalbrook Collection Resort and Bailey, a Crystalbrook Collection Hotel, For enquiries please call 1300 00 20 50.

Free cancellation

Heeding the advice of official authorities

We have protocol in place to ensure that all information received from official authorities including the World Health Organisation and the Department of Health are strictly adhered to.

Increased employee education

Compulsory Covid-19 education classes have been undertaken. Employees have been asked to stay alert for any Covid-19 symptoms in any guest. Employees are also required to advise management of any travel to regions affected by the virus and informed to stay home and self-isolate if they are feeling unwell. All employees have also received full training on the importance of good personal hygiene practices. Each hotel and resort is also required to provide daily health communications to all staff.

Safe, clean environments

Crystalbrook Collection hotels and resorts continue to be safe, clean environments. When your customers stay with us, they can be assured of the highest standards of cleanliness. We’re proud of our pre-existing detailed cleaning practices and have increased the cleaning schedules to ensure regular disinfection of heavily-trafficked areas.

Guest communications

As a precaution, at times we will ask our guests about their recent travel history.

In case of emergency

All hotels and resorts have comprehensive EMP (Emergency Management Plan) manuals in place.

Inclusivity remains

Like COVID-19, we don’t discriminate between geographic origin, nationality, race or gender. Our hotels and resorts remain focused on inclusivity, awareness and safe travel practices. We are working closely with tour groups to provide relevant information and communications to our guests in their language. We encourage our guests to join us in following the recommended protocols issued by the World Health Organisation (WHO), Communicable Diseases Network Australia (CDNA) and local health authorities.

Restaurants, bars, spas and fitness centres
